If a load is booked with a new carrier, and we are setting them up. We can put the carrier's driver and dispatcher info in the load, before we show it covered with that specific carrier. (For instance: Carrier Rep A covers it and Carrier Rep B opens the load and sees it is has information in there and they know it is covered.)
